Notice of Intent to Sole Source Health Insurance

This is not a solicitation; This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to award a sole source procurement under 524114 - Direct Health and Medical Insurance Carriers. The U.S. Consulate General Curacao will award a firm fixed price contract to provide Health Insurance coverage for LES. The estimated period of performance will be for 6 months, at the USG’s discretion.

This is a sole source requirement in accordance with authority citation, FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and FAR Part 6.302-1 – Only one responsible source will satisfy agency requirements. For this requirement, ENNIA CARIBE SCHADE N.V. is considered the only responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy U.S. Consulate General Curacao requirements.
