Maintenance for Chilled Water Systems & Accessories

The US Embassy Nassau requires professional services, and contractor cost proposals, to perform Inspections, Testing and Planned Maintenance on the Chilled Water Systems and Accessories at the New Embassy Compound. The changes to the solicitation are the due date for proposals and possible start date. The deadline to submit bids has been extended to April 28, 2025. Estimated start date is no sooner than July 1, 2025 and up to October 1, 2025. Bids should be valid through October 1, 2025
