NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - Fiber Network Upgrades

This is not a solicitation; This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to award a sole source procurement under NAICS code 238210 - Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors. The U.S. Consulate General Curacao will award a firm fixed price for Fiber network upgrades. The estimated period of performance will be for one 3 months, at the USG’s discretion.

This is a sole source requirement in accordance with authority citation, FAR Part 6.302-1 – Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. For this requirement, Opticopper is considered the only responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy U.S. Consulate General Curacao requirements.
