Local Guard Forces (LGF) Uniforms 2024

The U.S. Embassy Jerusalem invites interested companies to submit a quotation for providing uniforms for our Local Guard Forces (LGF) as detailed in Section I – B Specifications, description & photos. Deliveries shall be distributed between the Embassy’s warehouses per Section I – C Delivery locations. Instructions to quoters: In order for your quotation to be considered, each offer must consist of the following:

Completed Excel Pricing Table – Section I - A. Completed Quoter’s Info – Section II. A proof showing that Contractor has already started the SAM registration process. SAM registration “System for Award Management” is required for contracts exceeding US$30,000.00.

Submit your quotation by email to Jerusalemprocurement@state.gov with “RFQ # PR12818340 “LGF Annual Uniform 2024” in the subject of your email, no later than close of business on Friday September 6th, 2024. No quotation will be accepted after this time. Quotations sent to different email addresses shall be rejected. You are encouraged to make your quotation competitive.

You are also cautioned against any collusion with other potential offerors about price quotations to be submitted. The RFQ does not commit the American Embassy to make any award. The Embassy may cancel this RFQ or any part of it. The Embassy may award multi contracts against this requirement and it reserves the right to reject proposals/quotations that are unreasonably low or high in price.
