Pre-solicitation - Notice of Intend: Painting services.

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be published as of this date. The United States Consulate in Curacao will release the solicitation on the SAM.gov, the United States Consulate General in Curacao website, and the official Facebook page when available. The United States Consulate in Curacao requires painting services for the exterior walls and fence of the compound buildings. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.

The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government is planning a mandatory pre-quotation conference, and the date of this conference will be in the solicitation. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a bid in accordance with FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, potential bidders are encouraged to register before submitting quotes/proposals.
