Purchase of a full size, 2 wheel drive, Passenger Van

The U.S. Embassy in Tirana, Albania, invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the procurement of a full-size, 2-wheel drive passenger van. The vehicle must meet the specified U.S. or European standards and detailed requirements outlined below. This vehicle procurement will support the Embassy’s transportation needs, ensuring reliable and efficient service for transporting diplomats and their luggage/equipment. The technical evaluation of proposals will be based on Lowest-Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA), as compared against the identified minimum specifications.
