HIGHGATE SPRINGS LAND PORT OF ENTRY, VT, PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT (PLA) INFORMATIONAL SESSION

The intent for the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), Region 1 (New England), virtual Highgate Springs Land Port of Entry (LPOE) Project Labor Agreement (PLA) Informational Session scheduled for Tuesday, April 30, 2024, from 9:00 – 11:00 am local Boston time, is to provide information to parties interested in submitting proposals for Request for Proposal (RFP) 47PB0024R0033, Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) Services, Highgate Springs LPOE, Highgate Springs, VT - Highgate Springs RFP - SAM Notice.

It appears that a number of parties thought this was a general session on PLAs. It is not. This session is specific to Highgate Springs. However, due to the overwhelming interest in such a general session, GSA will prepare and conduct such a session; it will make an announcement in the near future. All interested parties for Phase I Highgate LPOE should contact Tim Davis (timothy.davis@gsa.gov) and Jim Adamo (james.adamo@gsa.gov) to register.
