Description: The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to identify interested contractors that can support a multiple-award Indefinite Delivery / Indefinitely Quantity contract (MAC IDIQ) for the Air Force aircrew training portfolio held by PKBB at ACC's Acquisition Management and Integration Center (AMIC).

Top Secret Certifications: ISO 9001 certification Prior Experience: Experience Type Providing initial qualification training for Department of Defense (DOD) aircrew Providing mission qualification training for DOD aircrew Providing continuation training for DOD aircrew Developing ISD-based courseware for DOD aircrew Providing aircrew support positions for DOD aircrew Providing Level of Effort-based positions for DOD aircrew Experience Magnitude Managing a sustained 30 FTEs or greater for a 12-month period Performing work at more than two locations for the duration of the contract, with one location of performance being OCONUS Managing a contract with multiple (a minimum of two) funding streams and/or requirement owners Experience Period of Performance Must have experience with FAR 52.217-9 and FAR 52.217-8 clauses in prior experience Prior experience must have been for more than 12 months of performance Responses: In response to this RFI, please provide your companies capabilities.

The capabilities statement should not provide any more than three references showing contracts that have included at least three of five “experience type” requirements, two of three “experience magnitude” requirements, and both “experience period of performance” requirements listed above. Capability statements that do not meet these minimums are not being requested currently. The Government desires capabilities statements that meet all items listed above if possible.

Capability statements should not be longer than ten pages total. Respondents are also allowed to provide feedback on the requirements listed above as well as any suggestions for the contracting and program offices to consider when pursuing the MAC IDIQ. Feeback is limited to two pages, single spaced, 12-point, Times New Roman font.
