PIP-II CPB Overhead Door Mods

Scope of Work:Temporary Protective Measures including fire resistant partitions needed to provide weather protection during the demolition, reconfiguration and installation of the work associated with the work scope. Temporary partitions will be fire resistant construction and designed to secure the existing building during the work period.

Demolition including removal and reuse of metal siding panels, structural steel components, personnel door, removal of existing overhead coiling door and related work. Architectural work including new coiling overhead door, guideways, tracks, flashings, closures and related accessories. This work includes installation of new metal stud framing components, waterproofing membrane, insulation and gypsum board. Also included is the removal and relocation of existing personnel door, jamb, trim and associated hardware.

Painting including new coiling overhead door, existing personnel door, new gypsum board and structural steel. Relocation of existing bollard, bollard cover and foundation. Electrical work including power connections to overhead coiling door, security systems, cable tray and related work, testing and connections.
