On-site Office Moving and Furniture Installation

The Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD). NSWCPD has a requirement for on-site office-moving and furniture-installation services to NAVSEA, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD), Corporate Operations Department, Infrastructure Division. This will contain a one (1) year Base Term and Four (4), One (1) Year Option Terms.

The solicitation is expected to result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Single-Award type contract utilizing Subjective Tradeoff source selection procedures, with technical proposals, to make an integrated assessment for a best value award decision. Tradeoffs will be made between Factor 2 - Past Performance and Factor 1 - Capability Statement. Past Performance will be considered significantly more important than price.

A contract shall be awarded to the offeror who is deemed responsible in accordance with the solicitation requirements, as supplemented, whose proposal conforms to the solicitation’s requirements (to include all stated terms, conditions, representations, certifications, and all other information required by evaluation factors of this request for proposal) and is judged, based on the evaluation factors, to represent the best value to the Government.
