Concurrent Real-Time Hardware Maintenance

THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS. ACC-RSA has a sole source requirement for Concurrent Real-Time Hardware Maintenance. This is a Sole Source with Concurrent Real-Time Hardware Maintenance IAW

FAR 13.501(a)(2)(i). IAW

FAR 5.207(c)(15) Concurrent Real-Time is the only source capable of fulfilling the Government's requirement for the renewal. The maintenance is an annual renewable contract. When needed, the (I2RSS) lab will contact Concurrent Real-Time for assistance with faults in the equipment. Once a solution is agreed upon, Concurrent Real-time will execute the maintenance in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. No Solicitation documents exist at this time. This item utilizes North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code of 334111. IAW

FAR 5.207(c)(16_(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The I2RSS lab currently uses Concurrent hardware throughout the lab, which have unique maintenance standards. Using another vendor other than Concurrent could void the warranty on the equipment. Procuring other equipment for this requirement would not work because of the lab downtime it would cause. ACC-RSA will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the interested parties in responding to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.
