Pico Solar Simulator

The US Army Contracting Command-Redstone, Operations, Services, & Training Division, plans to obtain information to serve as market research to help identify potential sources that can provide one (1) LED-based Pico Solar Simulator or equivalent that shall feature the following:

• Wavelength range (350 -1500 nm) • AM1.5G Spectral Mismatch < 5%, Spatial Non-uniformity < 2% over 25 mm by 25 mm square • Temporal Stability < 0.1% short-term and < 2% long-term • variable intensity control • capable of adjusting i suns AM1.5G No PC will be required for operation to provide the ability to test photosensitive materials, solar cell testing, and material degradation studies. The equipment will be delivered to the APSL facility located at the Redstone Arsenal, AL.
