Checkpoint Compute Rack with Software

THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS! The Systems Readiness Directorate (DEVCOM) Aviation and Missile Center (AvMC), Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, has a sole source requirement for a Checkpoint compute Rack with Software License. This is a Sole Source with PeopleTec. IAW

FAR 13.501(a)(2)(i). IAW

FAR 5.207(c)(15), PeopleTec is the only source capable of fulfilling the Government's requirement for an administrator's license of the Checkpoint compute Rack with software packages. The Checkpoint Compute Rack with Software is part of the Checkpoint HUMS Test Station. This equipment is used to test new HUMS (Health Usage and Monitoring Systems) hardware and sensors (next generation DSC – Digital Source Collectors). The lab testing is used to verify software or equipment is ready for on-aircraft testing.

This software will be installed on a classified system. No solicitation documents exist at this time. This item utilizes North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 513210. IAW

FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii) All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the Government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 3 days after date of publication of this synopsis. Phone calls will not be accepted. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
