Spirent Software Support

THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS! The Technology Development Directorate (TDD) has a requirement for Spirent Annual Support and Maintenance. The Spirent simulators are used in the PM STORM Multiple Launch Rocket Systems (MLRS) Family of Munitions (MFOM) Hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL) for modeling, testing and flight test preparations. For this purpose, continued annual subscription software service is required for the Spirent software tool.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. ACC-RSA will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the Government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 3 days after date of publication of this synopsis.
