The Army Contracting Command-Redstone Arsenal-Corpus Christi Army Depot, Contracting Office in Corpus Christi, Texas is issuing a sources sought as a means of conducting market research to identify potential sources that can provide A batch waste treatment support structure in accordance with the requirement contained herein. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement.
Based on the responses to this sources sought notice/market research, this requirement may be set-aside for small business or procured through full and open competition. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding submissions. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.

RESPONSES IN ANY FORM ARE NOT OFFERS AND THE GOVERNMENT IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO AWARD A CONTRACT AS A RESULT OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. NO FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE TO PAY FOR PREPARATION OF RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. ANY INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY RESPONDENTS IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY.
SPECIFIC TASKS 5.1 Basic Services: The Contractor shall provide services for design, fabrication and installation of a batch treatment tank support structure to include an adjacent personnel platform in conformance to the specification in 5.2.
5.2 Task/Requirement:
5.2.1 Design: The contractor shall design a tank support structure that meets the performance criteria as specified in the Batch Treatment Tank Support Structure specification in Attachment 7 of this PWS. The Batch Treatment Tank Support Structure design shall include the calculated design loads, materials of construction, and fabrication drawings.
5.2.2 Fabrication: The Contractor shall remove the existing support structure in the batch wastewater treatment facility in B340, dispose of existing support structure in accordance with Federal, State, and local regulations, and fabricate the new structure for installation in the batch wastewater treatment facility. The Contractor shall fabricate a tank support structure that meets the performance criteria as specified in the Batch Treatment Tank Support Structure specification in Attachment 7 of this PWS.
5.2.3 Installation: The contractor shall install the new support structure in the batch wastewater treatment facility
