Apache Attack Helicopter (AH)-64E Remanufacture (REMAN) of United States Government (USG)/Foreign Military Sales (FMS) AH-64E and/or New Build (NB) War Replacement Aircraft (WRA), in addition to other support equipment

This sources sought notice is issued to seek interested parties qualified in manufacturing the AH-64E Apache aircraft, including remanufacture (REMAN) of USG/FMS AH-64E and/or New Build (NB) War Replacement Aircraft (WRA), in addition to other support equipment. Responses will be used to determine the appropriate procurement method for this requirement.

It is considered that The Boeing Company, 5000 East McDowell Road, Mesa, AZ 85215, Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) 8V613, is the only company that has the requisite skills, equipment, capabilities, proprietary technical data, system expertise, facilities, and resources to produce the AH-64. Responders shall provide their performance history and back it with evidentiary data. Interested vendors are encouraged to provide substantiated evidence of their capabilities and successes in the areas cited above.
