PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: 1 Rodman Avenue, Bldg. 68, Rock Island, IL 61299 This acquisition will be solicited on a sole source basis to the approved source, Big Bear.AI. The end user is Headquarters, First Army located in Rock Island, IL. FOB Destination. The proposed resulting contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. The Army Contracting Command – Rock Island intends to issue this Request for Quote (RFQ) on a sole source basis to Big Bear.AI.

Anticipated release date for the solicitation is on or about 8 April 2024 with a closing date of approximately 7 days from the date of issuance. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management in order to be eligible for award. All contractors who provide goods/services to the Department of Defense (DoD) must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
