TEAD-N OBOD Range Compliance Sampling

The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island is issuing this sources sought for open burning/open detonation (OB/OD) range compliance sampling. Sampling and analysis activity at Tooele Army Depot North Area’s (TEAD-N). This includes sampling of detonation pits, burn pans, and static firing silos. The attached Statement Of Work (SOW) is tailored to identify specific service requirements.

The Contractor is responsible for the accuracy, adequacy, timeliness and professionalism of the field work, required plans, and reports. The Contractor shall ensure deliverables meet the requirements of the contract documents. Requirements include efficient project management including accurate, on-time submittals of contract deliverables, timely identification, and solution of impediments to successful project execution.

The Contractor shall perform all work in accordance with all Federal, State, Local Statutes, and Regulations. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Government. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in the response. The Government will not accept requests for meetings or briefings. No phone solicitations or emails with regards to the status of the Request For Proposal will be accepted prior to the solicitation release.
