Market research is being conducted to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement. Information gathered from the market will be vital in the information and set aside status of this solicitation Pleae note: All contractors doing business with the Federal government must be registered in the System for Award and Management database. Evaluation Criteria: The Government will evaluate the extent to which the Contractor's previous experience with projects of similar scope, magnitude, and complexity demonstrates its capability to successfully perform the requirements of this project. The contractor must possess the following experience:

1) Performance of sediment characterization in coastal/marine environments.

2) Ability to generate sampling and analysis plans in accordance with the Dredged Material Management Program (DMMP) User Manual.

3) Ability to collect and process sediment core and grab samples and analyze the sediment samples for chemical and biological laboratory testing in accordance with DMMP guidance.

4) Ability to review, interpret, and synthesize chemical and biological sediment data succinctly in a comprehensive data report that includes tables and figures.

5) Ability to generate, review, and uploard electronic data deliverables in the Washington State Environmental Information Management (EIM) database format for acceptance and publication in the EIM database. SEE ATTACHED PWS for specific details.
