The National Guard Bureau intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order on a sole source basis to Directional Ad-Vantage Holdings, LLC for digital advertising services. The requirement is to digitally advertise the Alabama Air National Guard at a local level, specifically in areas where bases are located and in one area that is not covered by a local recruiter. This will involve five different advertising sites for a total of 52 weeks. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.

However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
