The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis IAW FAR 13.1 with Software Information Resource Corp (SIRC) in support of Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR),The Medical Readiness Systems Biology (MRSB) requires the purchase of a behavioral analysis machine for mice studies. This protocol will be operated under MOMRP project MO230044, titled “Therapeutic Interventions to Ameliorate Acute Stress Symptoms Using Mesenchymal Stem Cell Exosomes”.
