Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. Department of Public Works, Fort Leavenworth, KS is seeking current relevant experience, personnel, and capability to work that includes but is not limited to the following:
personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to clean or wash interior/exterior windows. The scope of this requirement is to conduct semiannual cleaning of all exterior and interior windows for multiple building locations.
Objective(s) – The objective is to ensure all windows are professionally cleaned annually or as needed, remaining free of all dirt, smudges, and streaks to maintain a clean and professional appearance for all facilities.. Clean all interior and exterior surfaces of approximately. Ensure all windows are left free of dirt, smudges, and streaks.
The contract to be awarded under this contract will be for Window Cleaning Services in Fort Leavenworth, within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561790 (Building Maintenance Services), with a corresponding size standard of $25.0M. Interested sources are invited to respond to these sources sought announcement utilizing their company letterhead in a Portable Document Format (PDF).

Location: Provide your company’s maximum service radius for window cleaning.
Experience: Submit a maximum of 2 government or commercial contracts/projects your firm has completed in the last 3 years demonstrating your experience in Window Cleaning Services.
For each of the contracts/projects submitted, provide the title; location; whether prime or subcontractor work; award and completion dates; contract or subcontract value; type of work; type of contract; a narrative description of the services provided by your firm; and customer information including two points of contact, phone number, and email address.
