The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to determine interest and capability of potential qualified firms relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 813110 (Religious Organizations).

Responses are to be sent via email to michael.m.taylor2.civ@army.mil no later than 5:00 PM, December 28, 2025. Project Description: IMCOM at Fort Benning is seeking sources for a Catholic Administrative Pastoral Life Coordinator. The period of performance is expected to be a maximum of five years (base ordering period of 1 year and 4 optional one-year ordering periods). The contractor will provide support to the Religious Support Office (RSO) Department of the Army (DA). NO SOLICITATION IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. A DRAFT performance work statement is provided for reference. Contractors should submit a brief narrative of the following:

Demonstrate capable experience with projects similar in size and scope of this requirement. Provide examples of past performance that is recent (work completed within the last 3 years). Information requested in this paragraph shall not exceed a total of ten (10) pages. Email responses are required, do not send paper copies. Please include your business size with your submittal.

In addition, this sources sought is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for any information solicited or delivered.
