MCTP Spectrum Guard Pro

This is a sole source synopsis for the acquisition of commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this announcement. This announcement constitutes the only synopsis for this requirement; and is issued for notification purposes only. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract to purchase two Spectrum Guard Pro Remote Kits with warranties.

Charon Technologies, LLC maintains all copyright privileges for their products and the specified product must be purchased directly from the company. There are no agents or dealers authorized to represent these products, and no division of Charon Technologies, LLC has any rights of sub-license to make a similar or competing product. A sole source contract is deemed appropriate as no other vendor is able to satisfy the Government's requirement.

One (1) Purchase Order (PO) contract with Firm Fixed Price Contract Line Item is anticipated. Delivery location is Ft. Leavenworth, KS. The estimated award date is scheduled for 12 September 2025. Classification Data:
