2-Way Canopy Formation Skydiving Instructor

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The United States Army Parachute Team (USAPT) requires a dedicated professional 2-Way Sequential Canopy Formation Instructor to provide expert and specific guidance on the tactics and techniques used by top-tier canopy teams. The contractor shall analyze abilities of the team to provide a training plan to maximize effiicacy in accordance with the performance requirements outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The MICC- Ft.

Knox intends to award a contract on a sole-source basis, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to Canopy Formation Specialists, Incorporated to support the USAPT. The anticipated award date is 7 June 2025 with a June 9, 2025 through June 8, 2026 period of performance. The solicitation will not be accessible on the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE) at https://www.sam.gov.
