This is an Intent to Sole Source. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, of quotations. The purpose of this notice is to provide information regarding this requirement. MICC-Fort Knox, 199 6th Avenue, Fort Knox, KY 40121, on behalf of the U.S. Army Mission Support Battalion, 185 9th Cavalry Regiment Avenue, Fort Knox, KY 40121 intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source award to the Future Farmers of America Inc., 6060 FFA Drive Indianapolis, IN 46278-1370.

The Future Farmers of America is the sole source to provide the rental of booth space at the _ 95th Annual FFA Convention & Expo located at the Indiana Convention Center, 100 S Capitol Ave Indianapolis, IN 46225. This sole source award to the Future Farmers of America Inc. is in accordance with 41 U.S.C.

1901 as implemented by way of the procedures outline in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 13.106-1(b) – soliciting from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of this contract action deems only one source reasonably available. This is not a request for competitive offers, quotes, or capability statements. No solicitation will be posted as a result of this notice. This notice complies with FAR 5.101, Methods of disseminating information.
