Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Graphics Fabrics for Display at the 2025 Association of the U.S. Army (AUSA) Global Force Symposium & Exposition (GFSE)

The product being procured is graphics fabrics for display at the 2025 Association of the U.S. Army (AUSA) Global Force Symposium & Exposition (GFSE). The U.S. Army Recruiting Command (USAREC), U.S. Army Mission Support Battalion (MSB) - National Conventions Division (NCD) requires two (2) graphics fabrics for display at the 2025 AUSA GFSE. The required graphics fabrics will be utilized on the display purchased in 2024. This requirement supports USAREC, U.S. Army MSB - NCD's public outreach and visibility efforts.

The period of performance is 25 - 28 March 2025. The graphics will be displayed at AUSA GFSE 2025, Von Braun Center, 700 Monroe St, Huntsville, AL 35801. The graphics fabrics required and associated labor must be provided by the beginning of the period of performance (25 March 2025). The graphics fabrics have a mandatory source requirement.
