Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Booth Space Rental at Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Fan Fest 2025

The product being procured is booth space rental at Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Fan Fest 2025. The U.S. Army Recruiting Command (USAREC), U.S. Army Mission Support Battalion (MSB) - National Conventions Division (NCD) requires one 50' x 100' booth rental at the convention. This requirement supports USAREC, U.S. Army MSB - NCD's public outreach and visibility efforts.

The Period of Performance is 26 February - 1 March 2025. The required booth space will be provided at the Baltimore Convention Center, 1 W. Pratt Street, Baltimore, MD 21201. The booth space must be provided by the beginning of the Period of Performance (26 February 2025). The convention has a mandatory source requirement.

Other customers and/or Government agencies procuring booth space at the convention include the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and the Peace Corps.
