Classroom Instruction for Professional Development Workshop

Services for two, one-week blocks of intensive design experience instruction with practical exercise centered around IIIAC capability gaps IOT inform AFC and increase lethality. Contractor shall provide services for an intensive design experience including personnel and materials to train up to 30 Soldiers (Additional 10 observers intermittently) along with up to 30 Students in the innovation mindset framework including training sessions, hands-on practice exercises, and mentoring by Professors of Practice.

Contractor shall provide classrooms, meeting rooms, breakout rooms, and an engineering design center, to include support personnel, capable of all forms of prototyping such as 3-D printing, laser cutting, metal and wood fabrication. Contractor shall provide specific knowledge and training on the innovation mindset process, customer discovery, ideation, SWOT analysis, solution development, and presentation skills.
