Fort Cavazos has the mission to field combat tanks to Army units Worldwide. To accomplish this mission, they must use cranes for overhead lifting and movement of support items (Modification Work Order Kits) to ensure the tanks being issued are to the most current standard. These overhead cranes are used for daily lifting, and movement/hauling up to 7.5 tons for each mission. Cranes are being utilized to support multiple Project Managers, as well as different Program Executive Offices for day-to-day mission achievement. They are also used to lift engines in/out of tanks and other heavy loaded items.

Period of Performance Base Year: 01 December 2024 – 01 December 2025 Option Yr 1: 02 December 2025 – 01 December 2026 Option Yr 2: 02 December 2026 – 01 December 2027 Option Yr 3: 02 December 2027 – 01 December 2028 Option Yr 4: 02 December 2028 – 01 December 2029 DESCRIPTION OF TASKS: - Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies as necessary to service the newly leased cranes as well as perform required routine maintenance tasks on them. - Contractor shall comply with all required Federal, State and Local laws, licenses and regulations.

It is the responsibility of the contractor to comply and current with all applicable laws and licensing requirements. - Contractor shall provide fully functional leased cranes as requested.
