This contract is in support of the Department of the Army Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS) G1, Army Talent Management Task Force (ATMTF). The Neuroticism, Extroversion and Openness – Personality Inventory – 3 (NEO-PI-3) has been used during all four previous iterations of the Command Assessment Program. It is an assessment that covers all five personality traits (extraversion, agreeableness, openness, conscientiousness, neuroticism) and their accompanying domains.
The Personality Assessment Inventory (PAI) assesses psychopathological syndromes and provides information relevant for clinical diagnosis, treatment planning, and screening for psychopathology. The PAI is an objective inventory of adult personality that assesses psychopathological syndromes and provides information relevant for clinical diagnosis, treatment planning, and screening for psychopathology. It is used for selection and recruitment of personnel.
