Psychological Assessment Description: The Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI) is a psychological assessment that aids in the detection of mental disorders and identification of specific problem areas that may lead to negative effects on personnel and the organization. CAP intends to purchase 3,000 score reports. The total period of coverage is 1 August 2024 to 31 July 2025. The most current version of the MMPI is the MMPI-3 and CAP will purchase the MMPI-3 reports.

CAP will also purchase a technical manual to better inform CAP cadre’s ability to score and evaluate candidate results.

The MICC - Ft Knox intends to award a contract, on a sole source basis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106-1(b)(1)(i)), to NCS Pearson INC. for The Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI) Psychological Assessment to support the Army Talent Management Task Force Command Assessment Program (CAP) with a period of performance of 1 August 2024 – 31 July 2025. The anticipated award date is 1 April 2024. This solicitation will not be available through SAM.gov.
