Assessment Description: The 16PF is a self-report assessment that measures 16 normal adult personality dimensions. It is commonly used for employment purposes. The 16PF from Talogy consists of licensing or coupons for each assessment given and the OnsitePro software used to administer and score the assessment. The 16PF can be administered in group format versus an individual format. The software eliminates additional equipment such as scanners, printers, scantron sheets and paper.

It also enables the unit to securely store digital data.

The MICC - Ft Knox intends to award a contract, on a sole source basis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106-1(b)(1)(i)), to Performance Assessment Network, Inc. for the Army Operational Psychology Enterprise Army Talent Management Task Force, 300 Pentagon Drive Arlington, VA 22211 with a period of performance of 01 July 2024 – 30 June 2025. The anticipated award date is on or before 31 May 2024. This is a Notice of Proposed Contract Action for a sole source requirement.
