Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC) Nurse Call & PA System Refresh

The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Huntsville Engineering and Support Center (CEHNC) is issuing this synopsis in order to publicize its intentions to execute one sole-source, firm-fixed priced contract award to Lone Star Communication, Inc to upgrade and replace the existing, end-of-life Rauland R4K series nurse call system components at Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC).

In accordance with (IAW) Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul (RFO) 6.103-1 Agencies may contract without providing for full and open competition when the supplies or services required by the agency are available from only one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements..
