RACER SOC 1 Type II

The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Huntsville Engineering and Support Center (CEHNC) is issuing this presolicitation notice in order to publicize its intentions to execute one (1) sole-source, firm-fixed priced contract award to AECOM Technical Service, Inc. for a SOC 1 Type II report of the RACER software in accordance with (IAW) Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul (RFO) 5.101 – “Presolicitation Notice” which requires a notice to be be published at least 15 days before issuance of a solicitation, or a proposed contract action that the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of RFO 6.103-1.
