Landstuhl, Germany Date: 28 May 2026 Description Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA), Healthcare Contracting Division – Southeast (HCD-SE), Branch 6 – Europe (Branch 6) is seeking information on entities interested in and capable of supporting HEC Services at all DHA MTFs in Germany including Landstuhl Regional Medical Center (LRMC), U.S. Army Medical Department Activity – Bavaria (MEDDAC-B) and associated outlying clinics.
The anticipated period of performance consist of a one-year base period from 29 July 2026 through 28 July 2027, with one 3-month option period and one 2-month option period. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever.
Further, the Government is not at this time seeking quotes and will not accept unsolicited quotes. Respondents are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if any is issued.
1. Scope The purpose of the RFI is to determine if capable sources for this requirement. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) will be furnished upon request.
2. Responses Interested parties must submit responses to the points of contact identified below:

Proprietary information, if any, should be minimized and MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED. At a minimum, responses should include:
• Company Information: (name, phone number, CAGE Code, POC information, website, etc.) • A description of your company’s previous experience providing HEC services. • Submit a capability statement verifying the technical and operational capacity to execute HEC services at the location listed above effective 28 July 2026. • Any other relevant information that is not listed above which the Government should consider in finalizing its market research or acquisition strategy. Please electronically transmit all responses to the point of contact contained herein no later than 4 June 2026 3PM Local Germany time.
