This Notice of Intent to Sole Source Rockwell Automation for the purchase of Industrial Control System (ICS) Hardware for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at the Soo Project Office, Sault St. Marie, MI will sole source to:

Rockwell Automation Inc. 1 Allen Bradley Dr. Cleveland, OH 44124 USA As part of this procurement, the Detroit District intends to specify brand name products on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(c) to Rockwell Automation, Inc. The manufacturer, Rockwell Automation, Inc., is uniquely qualified since they are the manufacturer of the current system. In order to maintain compatability, all new equipment must be from Rockwell Automation, Inc. Items being procured are below:

This is not a solicitation and the information contained herein is subject to change or to be eliminated from the requirement. Only contractors capable of providing directly compatible equivalent products shall respond. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Interested parties who feel they have the capability may identify their interest and capability in writing to the identified point of contact, no later than February 20, 2025 at 2:00pm (ET).
