NMUSA Visitor Services

Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is releasing this Request for Information (RFI) to identify prospective sources capable of providing visitor services in accordance with (IAW) the NMUSA Visitor Services Performance Work Statement (PWS). This request is for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) service contract. Please see the attached DRAFT PWS for futher details. Please note this a draft and we expect changes to be made. Please note all questions are due by 10 February 2025 at 5:00 PM EST and all answers will be posted no later than 13 February at 5:00 PM EST. Amended: Please see the attached NMUSA Visitor Services Vendor Q&A.

Amended: The RFI shall now close on Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at 5:00 PM EST. Interested offerors are asked to provide responses electronically to Stephanie Pajot, Contract Specialist, at stephanie.a.pajot.civ@army.mil. Please note: This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). This is strictly for informational purposes for the Government and no award will be made from this RFI. We appreciate any information that is given in response to this RFI.

Question: Could you please identify the current vendor/contract # for these services or advise if this requirement is new?

Answer: This is a re-compete. Contract # W56HZV-20-A-L010. The vendor is Trust Consulting Services, Inc. Amended: Market Survey Responses requested from interested vendors:

1. Company Name, Location, CAGE Code, and SAM UEI.

2. Describe any current or prior contract efforts with the U.S. Army, other military organizations, or the Federal Government related to visitor services efforts. Please provide up to three (3) examples of your firm's experience as a prime contractor for Government contracts involving visitor services, include the contract number and a brief title.
