Synopsis M870A4 Semitrailer, Lowbed, Construction Equipment Transporter (SLCET), 40 Ton

The Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to solicit a competitive five-year Fixed Price (FP) with Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) clause contract that will utilize the Government format Technical Data Package (TDP) to build-to-print the M870A4 Semitrailer, Lowbed, Construction Equipment Transporter (SLCET), 40 Ton. This action will be solicited as a 100% Small Business set-aside.

This action will result in a single five-year with two option years Fixed Price (FP) with Economic Price Adjustment (EPA), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for five one-year ordering periods and two optional one-year ordering periods, a total of seven Ordering Years (OYs). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotations, which shall be considered by the agency. This is a notice of intent, not a request for competitive proposals, or a solicitation of offers.

The Government does not intend to award a contract based on information in this posting or information received as a result of this posting. The contents of any future Request for Proposal (RFP) take precedence over this pre-solicitation synopsis posting.
