NextSeq and MiSeq Instrument Support and Supplies

The United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity intends to issue an award on a sole source basis, in accordance with 41 United States Code 1901 as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.501(a)(1)(ii) to Illumina Inc., 5200 Illumina Way, San Diego, CA 92122, as they are the only responsible source that can provide the Walter reed Army Institute of Research, with compatible, Illumina brand consumables and preventative/emergency maintenance support services to Government owned Illumina brand instruments utilized for Deoxyribonucleic acid sequencing.
