REVENTIVE MAINTENANCE FOR PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES FOR WATERS Quadrupole Time of Flight (QTOF )SYSTEMS AND INSTRUMENTS

The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Chemical Biological Center (DEVCOM CBC) requires The Combat Capabilities Development Command Chemical Biological Center (DEVCOM-CBC) requires yearly full-service preventative maintenance support, unlimited on-site repairs, software upgrades, on-line technical support, and telephone assistance to resolve technical problems on instruments and software manufactured by Waters Technologies Corporation.

The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price sole source contract, consisting of a 12-month base period plus four (4) 12-month option periods, to Waters Technologies Corporation, Inc.(Waters): 34 Maple Street Milford, Massachusetts 01757-3604, United States. Waters is the previous contract holder and only approved source for Waters repair parts, equipment, and service. The continued need for the Waters QTof Systems mission essential maintenance; technical and telephone support; and preventive maintenance visits have been deemed critical.
