TW-25 Air Conditioning Unit Rentals

NOTE: THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE, NOT A SOLICITATION. THEREFORE, INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS PRESOLICITATION NOTICE MAY SUBJECT TO CHANGE. The 410th Contracting Support Brigade/Regional Contracting Center – Americas, in support of US Army South, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to provide One (1) 30,000 BTUs air conditioning unit with performance in to Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago.

The Contractor shall provide the Government with one (1) 30,000 BTUs (2.5 Ton) portable air conditioning unit capable to provide climate control to the Medical Treatment facility work area. The anticipated period of performance is from 23 Apr 2025 to 9 May 2025. The Contractor is responsible for providing all personnel equipment, parts and services under the terms of this contract. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supplies or services.
