Transportation Services (OCONUS)

The Regional Contracting Office - Wiesbaden (RCO-W) intends to solicit and competitively award a single non-personal services contract to provide business class, chauffeured transportation services for personnel from Munich International Airport to Edelweiess Lodge and Resort in Garmisch-Partenkirchen and return.

Personnel will be arriving between 9-10 June 2024 and departing 12-13 June 2024. Background: The majority of the personnel and their staff will arrive at the Munich International Airport on 10 June, 2024 and will require transport to the Edelweiss Lodge and Resort within 30 minutes of exiting the arrivals terminal.

A small number of personnel and their staff may arrive at the Munich International Airport on 9 June, 2024 and will require transport to the Edelweiss Lodge and Resort within 30 minutes of exiting the arrivals terminal. The conference is anticipated to conclude between1230 and 1430 on 12 June, 2024 and the personnel and their staff will require transport to the Munich International Airport to take afternoon and evening flights, to a hotel in Munich, Germany, or train station in Munich or Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

Some personnel and their staff will remain overnight, 12 June, 2024, at the Edelweiss Lodge and Resort and will require transport to the Munich International Airport, or train station in Munich or Garmisch-Partenkirchen throughout the day, Thursday, 13 June, 2024. Arrival and departure times will, more than likely, be spread across a 12-18 hour timeframe.

Travel parties will range in size from 2 to 5. Scope: The Contractor shall provide non-personal service for professional drivers with a Personenbeförderungsschein (passenger transport license) or equivilant and business class vehicles (sedans and vans) that meet all appropriate motor vehicle requirements, within the Federal Republic of Germany and the State of Bavaria, necessary to perform services as described in the PWS and associated contract documents. The vehicles should be of executive or business class style and able to, comfortably, accommodate up to five passengers with luggage.
