The Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit (GSU), located in Gallup, New Mexico 87301 intends to negotiate a sole source award with Selectpath Holdings, Inc. for Paging Services and Lease of Equipment. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 517112 with a small business size standard of 1,500 employees.

Period of Performance from April 1, 2024 through March 31, 2024. In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available (e.g. urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization).

Selectpath Holdings, Inc. provides paging services and leased equipment to necessary users (doctors and nurses) to accomplish the mission objective of providing adequate communication methods of direct patient care. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent.

Any potential sources other than Selectpath Holdings, Inc. may submit a capability statement via electronic email by 12:00 PM MST on March 27, 2024. Any other form of communication will not be considered. A determination by the Government whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely withi the discretion of the government.
