Warehouse Library Maintenance Etc.

INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order to, SENCORPWHITE, INC., 400 Kidds Hill Road, Hyannis, MA 02601-1850 to Provide maintenance for current and upgraded Warehouse Library Etc. in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and 508 compliance for one base year and 2 Option Years.

Under the authority of FAR 6.301-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies and Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 41U.S.C. 253(c) (1). A justification approval is currently being processed for this requirement. This requirement is intended as a sole source procurement because SENCORPWHITE is the only source that can provide upgrade for the Warehouse Library.

All quotes are due on or before Tuesday, August 20, 2024 by 11:00 am EST. NAICS CODES: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (Except Automotive and Electronic)

Repair And Maintenance INTERESTED PARTIES: All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. To be considered, interested vendors must submit technical literature describing their capability to effectively satisfy this requirement, as well as terms and conditions and a complete price quote within 5 days of this notice, to the following electronic mail address: renee.wallaceabney@cms.hhs.gov.
