Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility, Chinle, AZ Requirement: The Indian Health Service (IHS), Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility, intends to procure eleven (11) Dell Latitude 7650 XCTO (210-BLQR) laptops. Detailed specifications are provided in the attached Bill of Materials (BOM).

Acquisition Approach: This requirement is for commercial products and will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12. The Government intends to use streamlined acquisition procedures to the maximum extent practicable. This acquisition will also be conducted in accordance with the Buy Indian Act and implementing regulations at HHSAR Subpart 326.6.

Set-Aside Determination: This requirement is being considered under the Buy Indian Act and may be set aside for eligible Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) or Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE).
