This is a Request for Quotation prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice.

THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION: A SEPARATE WRITTEN SOLICITAION WILL NOT NE ISSUED. QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) intends to award on a sole source basis to, TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS PROVIDER, INC.,11490 Commerce Park Drive, Suite 200, Reston VA 20191-1557 under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13, a firm fixed price award for purchase of 122 Checkmarx Licenses in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.

The PURCHASE ORDER resulting from this RFQ will be awarded to the responsible Offeror whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is determined to be the Lowest Price that is Technically Acceptable (LPTA) to the government. All responsible sources must be registered at www.sam.gov.

The period of performance is September 15, 2024 – September 14, 2025. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 511210. Responses must be sent electronically in MS Word format to renee.wallaceabney@cms.hhs.gov no later than 11:00 am (EST) on Friday, September 13, 2024. All responses/quotes submitted shall be remain valid for a period of 180 days.

Interested parties must be able to affirm no conflicts of interest with parties involved in Medicare claims processing in light of the work identified in this Statement of Work. In the event that the vendor/government identifies a conflict or the appearance of a conflict, the vendor shall be responsible for providing a mitigation strategy that satisfies the government. In the event that the conflict cannot be resolved, the order cannot be awarded, or an existing order may need to be terminated.
