Notice of Intent for a Sole Source-Scalable Ways to Initiate Flexible Tasks (SWIFT) Capacity Increase

The purpose of this synopsis is to publicize ICE’s intent to sole source an action in accordance with the requirements of FAR 5.2, 6.302-1, and 41 U.S.C.3304(a)(1). ICE intends to procure, on a sole source basis, increased shared capacity for the pool of vendors supporting OCIO’s existing contracting vehicles; Scalable Ways to Initiate Flexible Tasks (SWIFT).

These contracts provide ICE with a creative delivery strategy designed to expeditiously support the integration, customization, and development of ICE applications and systems on a variety of platforms. OCIO’s cloud-based solution delivery requirements will be organized in four separate work domains: Platform as a Service (PaaS), Hyper Automation, Analytics and Visualization, and Collaborative Services.
