Description
As published on SAM.gov.
THE U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION (NRC) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research or as a market survey to determine the availability of potential qualified vendors with the technical capability to provide Microsoft Power Platform application support services.
The NRC’s Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO) is seeking information from qualified sources with demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Power Platform application development and are knowledgeable of human capital and human resources programs.
The purpose of this market research is to inform potential acquisition strategies to support OCHCO’s program portfolio and advance human capital data modernization, which is leveraging Microsoft Dataverse within the Power Platform to improve the management, integration, and use of human capital data. OCHCO seeks advanced capabilities in end-to-end application development using the full range of Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
The successful source should have experience designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining applications that are secure, scalable, and user-friendly. Expertise is needed in creating both canvas and model-driven Power Apps, developing automated workflows with Power Automate, and building dashboards and analytic tools with Power BI that provide actionable insights for decision-making.
Respondents should also demonstrate a high degree of proficiency in using Dataverse to structure, validate, and govern relational data models, as well as integrating Power Platform applications with authoritative human capital in compliance with federal IT and data security standards. See attached Sources Sought Notice with more information, which includes a list of questions to respond to.
