Description

As published on SAM.gov.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Office of Acquisitions and Grants Services, has awarded Contract No. 75F40126D00022 to IHRC, Inc. for Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Information Systems, and Training (OSIST) services. The contract was awarded following a full and open competitive acquisition under Solicitation No. 75F40126R00020. The award is a single-award Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five-year ordering period and a maximum potential value of $14,500,000.

Funding will be obligated through individual task orders issued under the IDIQ. The solicitation expressly establishes the $14.5 million contract maximum and provides for funding at the task-order level. Under the contract, IHRC will provide enterprise-level technical, engineering, program management, and professional support to FDA facilities nationwide.

Services may include occupational safety, policy, and laboratory quality support; primary barrier equipment maintenance, certification, and decontamination; industrial hygiene support; information and data systems program support; and environmental, occupational safety, and health training development and management. The contract supports FDA headquarters at the White Oak Federal Research Center in Silver Spring, Maryland, as well as FDA laboratory and field facilities nationwide.

Concurrent with the IDIQ award, FDA is awarding Task Order 0001 for annual re-verification and decontamination support for the Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER) BSL-3 laboratory suites at the FDA White Oak Campus. Task Order 0001 satisfies the IDIQ guaranteed minimum.
